Use keywords in your content in a way that doesn't feel forced

One of the best ways to get links when you’re first starting out is to ask people you know to link to your site from their site using a target keyword as the anchor text -- the text being used as the link to your site. Use your network of customers, partners, vendors, and even friends/family around the world to link to your site, and ask them to link to the right locale site. The key is to find the keywords in our niches which have low competition and create content for those specific searches to take advantage of the void in the niche we are working in. The quality and quantity of links you have pointing to your site has a direct bearing on how highly it ranks in organic search results. Importance and relevance aren’t determinedmanually (those trillions of man-hours would require the Earth’s entire population as a workforce). Instead, the engines craft careful, mathematical equations—algorithms—to sort the wheat from the chaff and to then rank the wheat in order of quality. The Google Penguin Spam Filter is now part of Google’s Core Algorithm and works in real time. Google wants to see that people are spending time on your website and the best way you can ensure this happens is by making content that people want to read. Moreover, you need to ensure that that content is presented in a way that encourages people to stick around.
